Conference cancellation policy
1 - If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institute/organisation to present the paper that has been accepted by the scientific committee.
2 - Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
- Before 31 December 2011: 80% refund
- After 31 December 2011: no refund
Please note: regarding refunds, all bank charges will be for registration account.
3 - If the conference is to be postponed, participants will be allowed to cancel if they can't attend at the new date and a full refund will be given to them.
